Our Studio
Francesca Scotti has been registered with the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservationists of the Province of Milan since 2001. She holds a PhD in Architectural Composition from the Politecnico di Milano, where she has been involved in teaching and research activities. She was a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Ordine degli Architetti di Milano and is currently a Council Member of the same Order.
Giacomo Tutucci has been registered with the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservationists of the Province of Milan since 1985. He has worked in design and project management in the private sector, both in Italy and internationally, focusing on offices, residences, commercial buildings, exhibitions, and installations.
STEPARCHITETTI is an Architecture and Interior Design HUB designing residential building and interior transformation projects.
Our portfolio ranges from interiors to mixed use and urban development projects.
Founded in 2021 by the collaboration of architects Francesca Scotti and Giacomo Tutucci, the firm works in different design fields for private, public, Italian and international clients. In the residential field our experience spans from single units to single family houses up to the design of full residential complexes.
For the commercial sector, we have carried out brand-identity strategies for international companies, down to the stores’ design and implementation, and we have carried out office renovation projects of both individual units and entire buildings. In the field of design of buildings for hospitality activity, the firm has developed projects at various scales. The studio is also involved in the realization and staging of events and exhibitions, lighting design of exhibition spaces and design of furniture and accessories.
