The project involves the demolition of the existing warehouses within a lot of a block from the Beruto Plan and their replacement with two new residential buildings, along with the renovation of the street-facing residential building.

The transformation reconfigures the volumetric layout of the inner lot while maintaining lower building heights compared to the street-facing structures, in line with the change in use from artisanal to residential. This transition has been carefully studied through a design approach that seeks to respect the site's typological and morphological characteristics, drawing inspiration from Milan’s historical residential heritage, including successive internal courtyards.
