The project involved replacing an existing, disused industrial warehouse with a new residential building.

The building is located at the corner of the block between Via Silvia and Via Albani, aligning with the façades of the buildings on Via Silva and those on Via Albani immediately to the north. It takes the form of a tower, with a taller section at the corner of the lot and a lower section extending towards the interior of the block.

The façades are more enclosed and regular towards Via Albani and Via Silva, while the south-facing and inner façades open generously onto the green courtyard, featuring loggias and large glazed walls.
