The project involves the design of a residential building consisting of rental apartments for students, complemented by shared common spaces.

It envisions the transformation of two inner lots within the block defined by Via Ascanio Sforza, the railway line, Via Meda, and Via Spaventa. This transformation aims to recompose the visual and typological-morphological identity of the internal street parallel to the railway line through a new, unified building that seeks to reinterpret and integrate the most significant architectural and morphological features of the area.

The new building consists of a base structure, partially adjoining the boundary walls, and a main volume of varying height that runs parallel to the private street. Set back from the property line, it aligns with the adjacent buildings to the east, echoing their architectural characteristics.
