The project involves the construction of a new residential building in Dolcina, Santa Margherita, within the Portofino Natural Park.

In accordance with the Park Authority's guidelines, the building reflects the traditional architectural features of the Ligurian region, positioned across two terraced levels overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio.
The project also includes the design of a swimming pool and the surrounding landscape.
